This information reporting agency, is reporting inaccurate information of my behalf, it is a defamation of character, and a hinderence of me getting approved for loans, credit card, utilities, etc. It is not an accurate reflection of my true credit worthiness. I have tried to resolve this issue with the agency multiple times, I have sent two seperate letters before filing this complaint on this matter. They will not comply with the law. They will not cooperate with me to resolve this matter. I wrote a letter to this agency stating that the followings items were reported inaccurately on my credit report- account- XXXX XXXX XXXX {$3200.00}, XXXX XXXX XXXX {$10000.00} XXXX Bank of XXXX {$1300.00} XXXX They said it was verfied as accurate reporting which is false, then I wrote a second letter asking them for the method of verification which under 15 U.S. Code 1681i - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy they must provide that information to me, and they refuse to not provide this information and still will not remove the unveriable items.
