Congress has made it clear that Experian has assumed a vital role in consumer reporting, and I have never given this company permission to do this. Experian does not have my permission nor does Experian have my consent. Experian has not exercised their GRAVE responsibility and have been unfair and partial and have not respected my right to privacy. I have already made a CFPB complaint and attorney general complaint. I have never constructed Experian to furnish a report or create a report and have never consented to any report. Experian does not have the required documented file of my consent given to them or to any other company to report any information on me to Experian.
