On XXXX XXXX I was notified by XXXX monitoring service that a major derogatory report was detected. It was filed by a collection service- Amsher collection servicesXXXX XXXXXXXX ( XXXX XXXX. I contacted them and was told there were 2 accounts that went to collection from XXXX and they were in my name.These were not mine and contested them. They opened a fraud case # XXXX and are sending instruction on what I need to do. I was told that the first collection case was for {$230.00} ( case # XXXX ) the second was for {$2600.00} ( case # XXXX ). Suspect apparently used my name and XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX as an address. ( not my address and I don't have a XXXX phone either ). This collection service never tried to contact, just file negative report! I will be filing a police report and have placed fraud alert with the 3 credit bureaus.. i
