Note : I have ( 2 ) previously satisfied accounts through this vendor. On XX/XX/2021, I purchased a product through Acima ( Lease-to-Own ), with a ( 90 ) day option to satisfy the purchase agreement. On XX/XX/2021, I called Acima to determine the ( 90 ) day option ending date, and the amount needed to satisfy the agreement. An Acima employee stated : " The ( 90 ) day option expires on XX/XX/2021. '' On XX/XX/2021, I called Acima, prepared to satisfy the ( 90 ) option agreement amount. An Acima representative informed me, the ( 90 ) day option expired on or around XX/XX/2021. I referenced the previous call and asked them to review the notes from the previous contact. I was informed there weren't any notes of the call, and I would be charged the entire amount. I am of the belief, Acima misrepresented the terms of the agreement. I have purchased several products through a " lease-to-own '' company, and never had any issues with the terms and conditions. Acima advertises as a " no credit needed '' solution for purchases ; however, Acima has placed a " delinquent account '' notice on my credit report.
