I am filing a complaint against the TransUnion credit reporting agency. I had a negative payment status on my report from an XXXX XXXX credit card. I disputed this with XXXX XXXX and they updated the status. I then reported this to the three main credit reporting agencies. XXXX and XXXX updated without issue. TransUnion did not. I have filed XXXX online disputes regarding this matter with them, as well as mailing in documentation from XXXX XXXX showing the XX/XX/2021 was not 30 days late. They have refused to update this status, and every time they finish the results, because they wont remove it, the other credit agencies also add it back on to the their credit reports as well. This is beyond frustrating, and it seems TransUnion is either incompetant, negligent or just unable to correctly handle credit issue and disputes.
