With XXXX I have issued a letter of receipt for XXXX acct # XXXX paid {$1400.00} regarding creditor XXXX showing I paid and showing that in the letter this was to be removed. It states in the letter it will be removed. I submitted more than 3 times in the month of XXXX and they have not removed it they just kept it on my report and did put paid less than the agreement. With National Credit Adjusters I paid {$350.00} acct # XXXX & XXXX, twice I have submitted my letter that states paid in full along with my bank statement showing the amount paid along with the confirmation number and the manger number, email address and they still close it the next day and updated it stating still owed i also included my bank statement showing paid. With XXXX. I provided them the login statement showing I paid the {$160.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and I provided my bank statement showing this amount was paid and they continue to close. I feel discriminated on by XXXX I provide the proof and they don't do any update at all and against the creditors who i paid my money on and they dont do the proper updating. This is unfair to obtain confirmation numbers and letters and XXXX ignores them and allow the creditors to lie. NCA confirmation # XXXX & XXXX # XXXX
