After checking my credit report with XXXX, I saw that I have inquiries that I never authorized or gave my consent to. I also have reports from XXXX and XXXX that needed to be deleted off. XXXX violated my consumer rights and the FDCPA as well as the FCRA by furnishing negative information on my report, furnished negative information without my knowledge or consent, kept information on my report for longer than seven years, reported payments that were paid on time as being late. I've sent letters that were received by XXXX but the problems were not corrected.
