On XX/XX/2022 I advised PNC credit card that my cash rewards of {$98.00} had not been credited to my account. I submitted a dispute and they acknowledged that it was not credited however it never showed up on my account. On XX/XX/2022 I contacted PNC about a pending withdrawal from my checking account in the amount of {$930.00} and advised that it was an overpayment from an auto pay on my PNC credit card. The branch could not assist and connected me to the PNC credit card customer service. They stated they would put in a request to refund the over payment. Although it was pending PNC checking would not stop the overpayment nor would PNC credit card. I have spent hours on the phone over the last few days and they have not done anything to reverse the charge.
