On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX I called in to Equifax to again inform them that they needed to remove the items that I've previously disputed with them & have submitted documented proof that they are continuing to report unverified & un-validated information in direct violation of 15 USC 1681. The representative that I spoke with, XXXX, stated to me that he can not make any changes to my file despite Equifax violating 15 USC 1681 due to Equifax having my consumer report " red-flagged '' with a note that states no one outside of their " office of consumer affairs ''. I informed XXXX that the fact that he admitted that Equifax has my file intentionally blocked from removing information that they know to be inaccurate is not only a continued violation of 15 USC 1681, but Equifax is also now committing discrimination against me which is a violation of the The Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 USC 1691. He stated that he understood that, however he still refused to perform his job of removing the inaccurate accounts. I am filing this complaint to submit a copy of the audio recording as proof of Equifax continuing to violate my consumer rights as allowed under federal law. I have also attached a copy of my previous CFPB complaint against Equifax which included my previous documentation of their violations.
