I was charged on my capital one card for an order by some adult store online. I contacted Capital One who blocked the charge and card and replaced my card. The following week I received and order from this adult company but I told XXXX refuse it, so the driver took it back. It was NEVER opened and we don't even know what was inside. I got an email from this company but. not to my real email but to a XXXX that I have used in the past but do not use all the time. Regardless of this the company admitted to receiving the order back and claimed that they issued a credit. But I never got the credit, because Capital One refused the credit. I have now contacted Capital One XXXX times and they give me a different excuse each time. So I guess it is o for an adult store to charge my capital one card and I never got anything? No product or service? That is fraud!
