I received a call on XXXX at XXXX am in regards to a complaint I made on Comenity Capital Bank through the CFPB website. The gentleman also said that my email of discrimination was received by XXXX which is the CEO of the company. The gentleman was not very informative when I asked him questions. The call came in from XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX and I asked him several times can I reach him on this number to keep up with the investigation. He continued to tell me no and that there was not a sufficient phone I could call to speak with anyone. He said I would just have to wait until the investigation was done. I asked him what are they investigating and he still did not have the proper knowledge. He claimed to be the assistant yet he had no knowledge of my complaint nor was he interested in hearing about it either. On XXXX I tried calling the number he called from. The number is allegedly the complaints department so he was very deceptive to state he was the assistant that worked on side of XXXX. Every single time I called the number it tells me to leave a message no one is there to take a call.
