EXPERIAN : Attorney General Complaint sent XX/XX/XXXX In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. 1681 & Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C. 1692, EXPERIAN, has violated my rights. Under the civil liability and the remedy available to me ( Section 616 & 617 ), EXPERIAN, failed to comply with Federal Law and because according to the FCRA consumer law which I should be compensated {$1000.00} per violation in accordance to FCRA as follows : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy which was violated. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions which was violated. I havent given these accounts written permission to furnish these accounts on my credit report as well! 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate which was violated. Additionally, in EXPERIAN initial investigation which I stated to EXPERIAN, they did NOT provide me a copy of ANY original documentation ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) as required under Section 609 ( a ) 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Furthermore, EXPERIAN have failed to provide the method of verification as required under Section 611 ( a ( 7 ), which they were advised that under Section 611 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA, they are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified, if not, compensation will be {$1000.00} to me per violation in accordance to FCRA as the violations cited previously. EXPERIAN have violated my rights even more. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting, everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. EXPERIAN, stated my account was properly investigated ; but, how is that possible if the date open, high credit, date of last active, date of last payment, account number, last reported, and payment histories, show inaccurate information from report dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and " still '' showing same inaccurate information reported ( see credit report screenshots ). This is grounds for REMOVAL!
