I declare under pentalty of perjury, that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.Further i certify that i am permitted by Federal and state law to file this dispute.These items that are found on my credit report are not related to any transaction that i made or been apart of.These credit reporting agencies are in a clear violation of the United States Code Law 15 U.S. CODE 1681 1B- Permissible purposes of consumer reports they are reporting unknown accounts without my authorization. I never gave equifax, XXXX, XXXX written consent to report anything to my consumer report. On XX/XX/2022 i sent a dispute to XXXX, equifax and XXXX certified mail letting them know of this violation and requiring proof of my of my written consent. As a consumer by law these accounts on this letter must be deleted immediately from my consumer report. This has caused me to suffer and its defamation of my character.
