I made a phone called on todays XXXX The person who handled my collections acct was very rude, misbehavior and blaming its my Acct on collections Im trying to let her know Im the victim of theft and not myself was do the collections Shes represented a company Put my name on collections and very seriously.. Im calling because of the victim of fraud Shes still trying to tell me its my own collections Even I said I have a police report shes still denial that police report shes keep reading out the debt of collector..
