I RECEIVED A LOAN BILL FROM XXXX, EVEN THOUGH IVE NEVER HAD A XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I CALLED AND THE BANK SAID I NEEDED TO FILL OUT AN IDENTIFY THEFT REPORT. JUST A FEW DAYS LATER, I GOT A CALL FROM XXXX ABOUT BUYING A NEW XXXX. I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T BUY AN XXXX. SOMEONE ELSE HAD GONE TO A STORE IN NEW JERSEY AND ADED TWO NEW LINES TO MY ACCOUNT. THIS SELF ACCOUNT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!
