Gday! Im a private seller and sell digital items such as games, providing boosting service for gamers and streamers, such as unlocking camos & skins in the games, boosting game statistics, provide XXXX XXXX, and also sell game XXXX Being active on XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, recently XXXX XXXX We usually accept only PayPal payments which are sent via PayPal friends & family, because our digital goods & services can not be shipped. On the XXXX of XXXX a customer who purchased something from us on XXXX XXXX and paid via PayPal friends and family, opened a case on XXXX and wanted a chargeback, we contacted him, he didnt respond yet. PayPal demanded proof of fulfillment of the order, which we have submitted it alongside further info about our business, later they demanded supplier info and a professional license, we explained to PayPal that we dont provide nor deliver any physical product and have no supplier ( full scripts on the pics/files ), but few minutes after submitting that, today, we have received an email from PayPal, saying that our account is permanently limited, money is on hold etc. Please i want to restore my account that i can continue my business. Thank you!
