I have been dealing with Capital One for over a decade. For the most part, the experience has been " par ''. I had used Capital One products as I was supposed to, and other than my XXXX bankruptcy, I was a pretty good customer. Anymore, when I attempt to apply for a Capital One product, I keep getting this message saying " based on the information provided, we have observed activity on a previous Capital One account that doesn't meet our expectations '', and my credit never gets pulled. I do not understand why. I have not done anything wrong. I believe that I am worthy of a fair chance to apply, yet their system has blocked me without any reason or letter prior to this " block ''. It is disheartening.
