I received a payment from a customer and PayPal withheld 50 % of my payment for no valid reason. PayPal 's policy states that if I exceed payments received by XXXX USD, which has not happened. and they do not give me an explanation of why they withhold it if it was a service performed, the attention by call never enters and in message they did not answer my question. I ask you to please help me because there is no reason for them to hold my money for 21 days or 7 days as they say. I will appreciate your help
