To whom this may concern I asked the credit bureaus to do a verification of everything on my credit report, which they did and they verified with me that everything was accurate. However, I did my own research and found improper inaccuracies on the credit report. After disputing the student loan account with XXXX XXXX XXXX starting with account # XXXX, I disputed the information with XXXX, Experian, and XXXX. I found several inaccuracies even after an FCRA investigation was completed. There are several inaccuracies on the high credit limit, last reported date, and last active date. According to the fair credit reporting act, that I included below, the credit bureaus credit report was not completed accurately and due to this, I want all information associated with this account deleted off of my credit report. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX account # XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A. Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 611. Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [ 15 U.S.C. 1681i ] A ) In general. Subject to subsection ( f ), and except as provided in subsection ( g ) if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller.
