Hello, I have been using PayPal to receive payments for my XXXX business ( XXXX XXXX ) also I am using it sometimes to pay. On XX/XX/XXXX I give my PayPal account to one of my clients to send me payment, after that I got a mail from PayPal that my account is permanently limited then I got mail informing me that my account temporary limited and asking for some information to submit ( The mail that asking for Information arrived after the permanent limitation mail ). So I contacted PayPal customer services asking for the reason and they tell me the decision is final and didn't give me any clear reason. After days of searching and contacting my client who send the transaction. I discovered that he was using XXXX platform to convert his crypto coins and send them automatically to my PayPal account. I didn't know that he will use XXXX platform to send it to me. and my client didn't know that PayPal doesn't allow dealing with XXXX platform in my country XXXX. I really didn't do anything illegal. So I wish you help me get my account back ASAP.
