In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. XXXX XXXX XXXX with account number XXXX has violated my rights : 15 U.S.C 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. Also you will see that there inaccurate payments listed on the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX account. On my equifax credit report for the year of 2020 it shows XXXX as current, XXXX as not current, and XXXX as not current. But on my other reports it shows the exact opposite. On my XXXX credit report it shows XXXX of 2020 as current, XXXX as XXXX, XXXX as current and XXXX as current. These are just a few that you'll see. Also for the year 2020 it shows XXXX as late on my XXXX report but on Equifax it shows current.
