Hello XXXX and XXXX XXXX here. We were approved for HAF Homeowner Assistance Fund back on XXXX and the XXXX have told us that they would be sending the payments to our Wells Fargo Mortgage beginning XX/XX/2022 for 18 months and by the time you receive this letter it will be XX/XX/2022 and Wells Fargo hasn't processed the payment yet as the XXXX have told us that the payment was sent on XX/XX/2022 and it was up to Wells Fargo as of XX/XX/2022 to release the funds and apply them into our account.
