We were approved for HAF Homeowner Assistance Fund back on XXXX and the XXXX have told us that they would be sending the payments to our Wells Fargo Mortgage beginning XX/XX/2022 for 18 months and by the time you receive this letter it will be XX/XX/2022 and Wells Fargo hasn't processed the payment yet as the XXXX have told us that the payment was sent on XX/XX/2022 and it was up to Wells Fargo as of XX/XX/2022 to release the funds and apply them into our account.
