Good afternoon, I am creating a complaint against TransUnion, for ignoring my disputes resulting in inaccurate items on my credit report. I have looked up online how to dispute and what items I can have removed from my credit report. So I have created letters and sent them to Transunion with no result. I feel like my right as a consumer has been violated by Transunion because they aren't doing their job and investigating my letters. I know they make money from the number of items that are kept on a person 's credit report but not if it's false and harms my future to get approvals for more credit and lower interest rates that are not right at all. Instead, Transunion sent me this generic stalling letter which makes no sense when my letters are made by me. I don't know what else they want me to do come down there and have them watch me create the letter and hand deliver it to them. the dates that I have sent Transunions letter with no response or change to my credit score : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX over a year and nothing has changed this is completely unacceptable that they are treating me like this.
