Due to the pandemic i Lost My job and asked the bank that owns the morgatge to help me.the help began around XXXX .they always told me that the amound would be put at the end of the loan .so i accepted because i could not pay and at the same time calm down because i always thought they would add it to the end of the loan.i was without paying My loan for around a year because My situacin was dificultd.as a result of COVID 19 And My Bad economy.it was not possible for me to pay for My house as before... Now they tell me that i owe an amount of almost XXXX dollars.and that i have to pay .i applyed for a partial claim but i had to pay almost XXXX for be accept it and i didnt have that amount. Now i applyed for a modifications but they Say they may not accept it.they lied to me.when they told me they could do it for me in the end.i can pay My loan but the normal monthly payments not that amount.i feel cheated and very worried.i don't want to lose My house.i need advice and help. Thanks.
