Hello, I have 2 XXXX XXXX accounts on my credit report that are reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and the 3 credit bureaus. I found 2 different American Express accounts with the same account numbers. Different account balances across the 3 credit bureau 's. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with account credit limits of XXXX and XXXX being reported. Since discovering these inaccuracies I wrote XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX credit bureau 's . I asked for original contracts and deletions. In return I received information stating everything is correct. A statement and letter saying everything is verified. I have been sending letters since XX/XX/2022. I never received anything with my signature only letters that came after 30 days. I disputed the information and in the remarks on my credit report it states that its resolved when it is not.
