Our loan was transferred to another company during the loan modification process ( XX/XX/2022 ). Now, they are moving up back in the process by denying paystubs saying there are not dates visible or company name visible or even deductions visible. I resubmitted the exact same PDF and they accepted them and moved the process forward and then two days later declined the paystubs again after sending a letter saying the paystubs were accepted. We have called and asked what needs to be done. They have told us to talk to our point of contact, but we can't get ahold of the point of contact. The number is just the toll free number and it goes to everyone. We can't get a definitive answer on what we actually need to do to move the process forward for the loan modification.
