In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act By Law Everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Account Name : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Name : USDOEXXXX Account XXXX : XXXX Account Name : XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Experian stated my accounts was properly investigated but how is that possible if the report date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate and date open is inaccurate ( see attachments ). This ground for removal. They also violated my rights under : 15 USC 1681 Section 602A. States I have the right to privacy 15 USC 1681 Section 604A Section 2. It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
