I got used car auto loan from Statefarm on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX and I have been paying on time via auto payment and all of sudden they transferredmy loan to another entity name called XXXX XXXX and it turned out to be same company of Statefarm but they changed a different name of company on XXXX I don't know which month they changed because I was out of country at that time and when I came back to the state, I noticed that there was past due 30 days marked on my credit report and I called them and explainedmy situation and they said they sent a letter to my home but I haven't received any letter from them and I didn't receive any email or phone call include text message from them while I was out of country and I told them that I haven't received any notification and this is not fair because I never changed my contact information and my auto debit bank account but they said it's a different company so they don't have any control so they were not be able to help me on this case. After that, I logged into the Statefarm account and it's about the same platform and I did make a payment through the system. Basically same Statefarm but they did change a company or I don't really know what happened and what was the intention of doing this but this is totally unfair because I haven't received any notification of this and everything is the same never changed on my end and they did post 30 days past due on my credit without saying anything to me. Totally unfair behavior and not acceptable in this matter. That's the reason why I am reporting to you on this matter. The loan is paid off now because I don't want to use service from them but that 30 days past due mark still remains on my credit report so I would like to ask you to help me in this case. I never have missed any payment in my life including Credit cards and Loan entire my life. Please help!
