XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Ohio XXXX I recievd a copy of my consumer report with the intentions to improve my credit and noticed a account that i want a little more explanation on im not saying it is reporting rite or wrong im just not 100 % sure if it is. I also read somthing called the Fair Credit Reporting Act where it give me the rights to challenge anything i am not sure is 100 % accurate. In 15USC it states if you caint provide proof this account must be deleted. Well i want this account deleted if it is not reporting 100 % accuate. I heard by law you have 30 days to investigate this dispute.
