I contacted the company via phone with a follow up email to their published email address, Three emails, no response to any. Recent bill shows another unauthorized purchase. I paid the first suspect bill last month because I wanted to ensure the account remained current while the bank looked into my complaint. I will not, however, pay this unauthorized purchase. I have blocked the account so there should be no further activity, but do I need to close the account because of such bad customer service?
