I have recently reviewed my credit report and noticed some unauthorized accounts and inquiries. When I called, I was told I had 3 files and they needed to be merged. I did not consent to that, XXXX the rep did it anyway. Once she did that I started receiving updates of hard inquiries that Ive never seen before and accounts. Pursuant to 15 usc 1681a ( 4 ), they did not exercise grave responsibility on my behalf. They were unfair. I never consented or instructed them to furnish this report in the first place. I am demanding that these items be removed asap. They gave violated me under the FDCPA
