It all Begin XX/XX/XXXX this year when my Mortgage company contacted me that Effective XX/XX/2022 my mortgage loan servicing will be transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to Fay Servicing , LLC. SO MY XXXX PAYMENT OF {$540.00} was the last payment to Community Loan Servicing. So I call Fay Servicing 1st to set up Auto pay because I were yet to receive my Welcome package with my direction, once received welcome package it instructed me what to do, I went on line and set up auto pay for upcoming draft XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I notice my auto draft of {$540.00} Pending from my checking account ALSO I saw another Pending of {$950.00} from Fay Servicing that I did NOT AUTHORIZE, I call my Bank XXXX and spoke with the Security Dept, they instructed me to call Fay Servicing I did, they told me they saw Nothing on my file of that {$950.00} Charge I went back and forth with My Bank and Fay Servicing.XXXX XXXX Fay Servicing XXXX Credit of {$95000.00} back to my account.Same thing Happen XX/XX/XXXX my account Debited {$950.00} un-authorize Transaction, Fay Servicing Reversa Credit back to my account of {$950.00} XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX my account Debited {$950.00} and UN-AUTHORIZE TRANSACTION. I haven't been Credited YET.Its A MESS, and I'm Tired
