I tried multiple times fixing this issue with affirm and they keep neglecting me I have a baby o the way and told them this affecting my future with my family and even trying to get a home I started using affirm for XXXX present and they're was a XXXX present I bought through affirm that I never received so I opened a dispute with them affirm did not but got me late on payments neither did I have the option to pay for the shoes so I don't get late and mess up my credit they're app is faulty and makes people miss payments due to open disputes on purpose during the dispute I asked them would this affect my credit and they said no I waited and waited for them not to get my money back even after which made me have to pay for the shoes in full that I never received and then the dispute got me a missed payment on my credit report I tried 4 times to have them fix this and all they do is tell me to call XXXX when they messed up my credit and dropped me XXXX points for they're neglect while am going through hardship and covid they need to fix this has a goodwill I only have one account with them and they have it on my credit like I have 5 accounts. fix this,
