Consumer Narrative

I received a letter from PMT informing me of my past due bill from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. PMT wanted me to pay them a {$60.00} service charge on top of my bill. I went onto the XXXX XXXX XXXX website and paid the bill directly on XXXX for the amount of {$250.00} which has been approved and withdrawn from my bank account. PMT now calls me daily leaving robocall voicemails to call them back with no reasoning. I have checked my credit report bi monthly and not had any debt collections on my report. This is looking like a scam.
