I sent in the disclosure to Opt Out from XXXX XXXX selling/giving/using/sharing any of my information to third party and without my consent they gave my information to Experian, XXXX and XXXX. The disclosure was mailed out to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022. After seeing this information was listed on my consumer report, I started a complaint with XXXX XXXX and when I asked if I would receive any acknowledgement of the complaint or completion of the 'investigation ' I was told by the representative that I would not receive any confirmation or letter of acknowledgement. XXXX has violated 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ), further Experian, XXXX and XXXX has violated 15 USC 1681b, I never gave none of the CRA 's mentioned above permission or consent to place anything on my consumer report.
