I XXXX XXXX, a consumer and natural person have been reviewing my credit reports for accuracy. I called the number ( XXXX ) XXXX provided on my Experian credit report that I pulled on XX/XX/2022 to request debt validation on the account listed as US dept of ED/XXXX with a balance of {$1700.00}. I was immediately directed to an automated line stating they are very excited to offer me a special promotion and asked if anyone in my household is 50 years or older for a great offer on car insurance. No company name was provided and there was only an automated line, and I have recorded that call for record. Ive filed an FTC complaint because Ive previously been victim to identify theft and fraud and I have not consented to my personal credit information being shared with this third party. The address listed on my credit report associated with the account is a po box which gives me no reassurance to the validity of this alleged debt. I refuse to mail to this address in fear of my sensitive personal credit information being compromised. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681 Experian failed to exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for I, the consumers, right to privacy. I did not authorize or consent to my information being sold to a promotional car insurance company. I did not enter into a consumer credit transaction with a promotional car insurance company and this inaccurate account being reported on my credit has negatively impacted my credit worthiness and my reputation as a consumer. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. This inaccurate reporting by Experian has led to a severe increase in my debt to income ratio and thus negatively impacting my credit score and my ability to obtain credit. Experian also lists my name as " XXXX XXXX '' which is inaccurate and I have never identified as XXXX XXXX. There are several incorrect addresses that are not associated and have not been associated with me including XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX FL, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL, XXXX XXXX.
