on XX/XX/2022 I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and misleading things on my credit report to this day over 60 days later I have not received a response yet. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my dispute. Section 611 ( a ), it is clearly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days give a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over 45 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be removed immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused in my life. My Information was also impacted by the XXXX data breach and may have got into the hands of the wrong person .... In the recent investigation brought upon XXXX, I found that my consumer file is being irresponsibly tampered with. Over the past 6-12 months I made several attempts remind them of there duty pursuant 15 USC 1681. I feel they are intentionally and willfully being neglectful in my request. 15 USC 1681e ( b ) assures that I am due, promised accuracy in my consumer report based on Federal law. This is another attempt to have these errors corrected. 15 USC 1681i ( A.5 ) states after the reinvestigations all of the unverified information must be promptly removed and blocked.
