Hello i have been bullied and harassed income driven payment option with the option help me at all. I enter into i employee service loans was denied. now i was told to consoled =ate 1 loan that i been on for 25 years. The latest issue i was given a payment extension until XXXX on Friday XXXX XXXX. The next hour i was report 90 days late and my XXXX credit went from XXXX to losing XXXX points. I need to have my account updated and remove the 90 late charges off my XXXX credit report. I am asking the bureau to investigate these scratchy practices. We in recession and the only one is benefiting is this 9 % interest rate that Navient use to win. Income driven repayment payment
