This complaint is in regards to Nissan XXXX. I purchased and financed a vehicle for my sister as a co-signer to get her a new car and help build her credit. There was a technical error that involved payments not being withdrawn from my account. The issue went undetected for 3 months because I never received any written statement, phone call or email regarding the issue. Because my Sister was listed, she was the primary contact and never answered the call because Nissan may look like a spam caller. My credit score has always been emmaculate and cash on hand has always been 4x this assets value. I reached out to explain my issue and was told to take it up with XXXX, their investigation did not result in any fixing of the issue. I have obtained an attorney and was told to start here with CFPB. Because of this issue, my credit score tanked XXXX pts ( somehow I didn't even get alerted. ). This impacts me greatly and affects my ability to buy a home if I choose to. I'm looking for assistance to work with Nissan to get this resolved. The automatic drafting has worked since speaking to their support. I have all records of cash on hand, credit history, and automatic withdrawals working now to support this case. Please halp XXXX
