I forgot to make a payment on my XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$330.00} in the month of XX/XX/XXXX. A Toyota agent called me on XX/XX/XXXX and informed me of this and on the phone I scheduled a payment with the representative, the agent waived the late fee as well. The following days I checked my bank account, the payment pulled successfully on XX/XX/XXXX and I received an email from Toyota saying that the payment was posted to my account, I was now all caught up on payments. I then made another payment on XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of {$330.00}, this was to pay for the month of XXXX. XXXX I receive a statement in the mail saying that I owe two payments, one for the month of XXXX and XXXX for the month of XXXX. When I called Toyota they claim they never got my payment on XX/XX/XXXX for my XXXX XXXX. I reached out to them multiple times, I followed their protocol of faxing over my bank statement showing that the payment was pulled and never returned to me and I even had them notate in my account that the I did indeed fax over the bank statements to both numbers given to me. I had let the representative know that the fax was showing up on my end as no answer and requested some form of receipt for the fax to ensure it was sent but they told me there was no way to issue me a receipt but its rare that they dont get faxes. I paid my XXXX payment and then I called Toyota again on Monday XX/XX/XXXX to see if they updated my account as I sent the faxes on XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX. The representative let me know that the finance department was waiting to receive all faxes ( from XX/XX/XXXX ) and this agent said he would call me back the next day with an update, nobody ever called me back. They have never updated my account to reflect the payment or refund me and nobody seems to have an answer for me but I just got my XXXX statement and it shows that I still owe my XXXX payment and there is now a late fee. I have reached out and nobody seems to be able to mark my account as paid or re issue me a refund.
