A copy of my ID is attached. My last CFPB complaint was XX/XX/XXXX and you the credit bureau has taken more than 30 days and you hit me with another stall tactic. Rights has been violated left and right. Here is my complaint once again. I have sent a total of 16 letters between XXXX, Transunion, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX collection agency with proof of unfair inaccurate reporting they are doing to my consumer credit report. Each time my dispute comes back verified, or Ig get no response at all, which I do not see how when there are so many missing data fields, dates and remarks not the same on my reports. My question is if the company keeps updating the account then shouldn't the account have the same information since by law they have to update all of the bureaus/ agencies with the update? So now it comes down to me calling them out for unfairly adding the accounts to my credit report in the first place. 15 US.C. 1681 SECTION 602 A, SAYS I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY 15 U.S.C. 1681 SAYS A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY CAN'T FURNISH AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONSENT. I XXXX XXXX have never gave XXXX, XXXX, TRANSUIN, XXXX XXXX, OR XXXX XXXX XXXX MY WRITTEN CONSTENT TO ADD THE ACCOUNTS TO MY CREDIT REPORT AND DEMAND THEY BE REMOVED.
