I was approved for a Forbearance XX/XX/XXXX. I was on the Forbearance for 3 Months. I made my Escrow Payment all 3 months as not to be short at the end of the Forbearance. After the 3 Months was up I was told that My Forbearance was invalid because the Forbearance program ended on XX/XX/XXXX. I was also told that I was enrolled into a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. That also was not true. Now I'm told that I have to do a Loan Mod. This is going to Increase my interest rate. I can not afford this increase. I feel that it was not my fault that the Mortgage Co Enrolled me into a Forbearance Program that had already ended. I feel at this time I should be allowed to do the XXXX XXXX XXXX just as they Promised They would. Not My Fault. I did everything that was asked of me.
