This complain is joint first for you is Ford Motor Credit. This loan was fraud and Ford knew it because they had to check my credit report. The car dealership XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Georgia falsified the entire contract. I did not qualified for the loan and the dealership and Ford knew I did not qualified because of my debt to income ratio. You have to fine what they did and order the contract null and void and return my XXXX cash deposit. I sold the XXXX as soon as I realized it was a predatory loan. Ford was no help and blamed the dealership I disagree Ford is as responsible I did not give them any false information, the dealership falsified the information all of it. The sale date was XXXX XXXX. The Ford loan number XXXX. Ford is an ILC thus subject to bank fraud charges. What the FTC new rules is what I experienced I had a XXXX credit and a 12 % rate. It was XXXX motivated a XXXX tax in violation of XXXX frank act.
