I have a collection agency trying to collect on an old debt. 5plus maybe 6 years old. I get continues calls to my business line and they have even sent a person to give me paperwork stating they are suing me in court. I have signed nothing or admitted to owing this money to this company. They bought a bad debt and are now pressuring me to pay it. They report it on my credit multiple times a month every month harassing me and using the reporting to the Credit bureaus to district me by distorting my credit. By them doing this it has made my life very difficult and has affected me financially. I believe the statue of limitations in the state of XXXX for credit card debt is 4 years, correct me if Im wrong but they do need to move past me and stop reporting multiple times a month to the credit bureaus in turn Destroying my credit. The above mentioned company is law offices XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX please let them know they need to stop reporting on my credit report or I will be suing them for distorting my credit making my life difficult and pursuing this illegally.
