I was a member of XXXX gym which was located 4 miles from my home before the pandemic. Once the gyms were allowed to open after covid. XXXX opened for a few months then closed all of its locations in XXXX without notice. I called the location in XXXX Fl. and was told that my membership would be cancel since there is no gyms in my area. In XXXX of 2021 I started being charge by a gym name XXXX XXXX located in 22 miles from my home. When I called I was told that my information was sold to them and, but I could cancel at anytime. I told them that I wanted to cancel since I never sign up for their services. The membership was never cancelled. They continue to charge me even after I call the gym many times. I finally call my bank and cancel my debt card. Then I started receiving phone calls about late payments which I told them I never sign up for this gym. I have never been to a XXXX XXXX. XXXX nor XXXX XXXX doesn't have a customer service number or email. So beyond calling the gym there is no one to contact about this. I have now receive a letter in the mail from Aldous and Associates stating I own an amount for {$180.00}. I do not own them anything because I never sign up for this gym.
