Between XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX, 2022, I contacted Fay Servicing inquiring of a {$240.00} increase in mortgage payment that takes effect XX/XX/2022. A representative stated of increase in county taxes and insurance that should have been explained in the letter sent, but no letter was received as I informed. She never stated of resending and couldn't find insurance or tax statements of the increase when looking at my file ; implied of someone will get in touch. As a result, I contacted my town 's XXXX who gave me the latest tax assessment showing of taxes did not increase in the last year. Similarly, my insurance company stated of not increasing my premium in the last year. After receiving the information reached back to Fay Servicing relating the information. I asked the mortgage company if they could forward documentation of the increase, but no response. I attempted on XXXX more occasions requesting documentation to justify the increase. Then I sent an email on XX/XX/2022, explaining the issue and stating of legal actions. within XXXX days a representative contacted me and stated the company will investigate the matter and reach back within XXXX days. As of XX/XX/2022, no one has contacted me and the new mortgage payment due XX/XX/2022, no later than XX/XX/2022. This is concerning as in XXXX the company did not pay my property taxes that resulted in being threaten by Maryland in taking my home ; after contacting the company and bringing to attention the matter was resolved, said of an oversight.
