I am representing myself. I am NOT a third party. I have also attached a photo of a utility bill and a photo of my social security card for PROOF of identity along with a report from XXXX to show EVIDENCE that this creditor is violating my rights. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act *XXXX* XXXX account number # XXXX has violated my rights and 15 USC 1681 section 602A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604A Section 2 also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B. A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. I am not a third party I am representing myself. Every piece of information on this account is NOT reporting 100 % Accurate. And according to the FRCA 15 USC 1681, everything has to be 100 % ACCURATE! I have attached a report from XXXX to show PROOF that this creditor is in direct violation in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The dates of last payment and the dates last active are DIFFERENT with all three credit bureaus. The account status is DIFFERENT with all three credit bureaus. The dates for " Date Opened '' are DIFFERENT with all three credit bureaus. And again... all of this is PROVEN in the file attached to this complaint.
