To whom it may concern : I have had my bank account at capital one bank frozen since XX/XX/2021. There is no reason whatsoever that my account, and my funds ( over {$35000.00} ) have been frozen. The bank has refused to answer any questions from me. They have refused to close my account. And they have refused to give me my funds. This has been going on for over a year now. They are holding my money and refusing to give it back to me. This is completely unheard of. They are telling me that my account is being investigated. There is no reason for this. There is also no reason that any kind of investigation should take over 1 year in time. My money has been held this entire time and there is zero communication from the bank to me.
