Thank you for reading my request about my accounts. I am writing today because during my quarterly review of my accounts listed on my credit report, I noticed that a number of accounts were charged off with XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX__Experian. I am requesting that these companies please forward me a copy of the 1099-C that was issued by there company when they charged off this debt with the IRS which is required by law for all debts over {$600.00}. I continuously asked to do so and no one has sent anything. IT looks as if they are looking for a way not to remove this from my report if this was told in error initially it should not be altered to stick on my credit report.
