We had a mortgage takeover by a LLC that is responsible for paying a mortgage for a home they own and we do not pay for anymore. They fell behind on payments multiple times from XXXX to XXXX. So we had gotten paperwork for a foreclosure then the company finally decided to catch up on the payments but the damage to our credit was done by them not us and we want that corrected as it was not a direct result of our doing.
